Your 6-Word Memoir was assigned today and is DUE THIS FRIDAY! For examples, see the video and the pictures below! Make sure the picture is one YOU took, or one that someone took for you (if you don't have a phone) -- NO GOOGLE IMAGES! Make sure the 6-Word Memoir is ON the picture (like I showed you in class) along with your first name and last initial only! Your memoir is going on my wall, so make it something meaningful to you!

Tuesday 8/27:
After you check your grades (if you are failing my class, I will see you tomorrow during Wednesday Learning Center), you need to take out your composition notebook and copy down the following FIVE slides/pictures.
When you are finished taking your notes, log out of your Chromebook, plug it back in to the cart, and READ your book!
Thursday 8/22:
Your "On the Rainy River" argument response is due tomorrow! If you didn't pull your three quotes in class...and you didn't stop by after school today, you will need to seek a copy of this text online. Google it! Remember -- I am NOT available before school on Friday's!
Don't forget to study for your "On the Rainy River" Test tomorrow! There will not be an option to complete test corrections for this test...STUDY!!!

On Tuesdays we will always begin class by checking grades on the Chromebooks. Make sure you know YOUR number. Make the most of each Wednesday Learning Center. You should NOT be sleeping in if you are failing classes. Get in a classroom and get caught up! Stay on top of your grades!
